SPORTDiscus is a multi-consortial offer, though e-HLbc, BC ELN, COPPUL, and TAL. COPPUL members who are also e-HLbc members are asked to submit responses to e-HLbc. When calculating the participation discount, EBSCO aggregates participants from e-HLbc, COPPUL, and The Alberta Libraries; consequently, e-HLbc members can expect a discount level of 15%.
