As work and educational priorities shift in response to COVID-19, eHLbc recognizes that post-secondary members are moving rapidly to online modes of service delivery.

eHLbc resources are viable options to support post-secondary members during this transition. The eHLbc Administrative Centre will remain open as long as our host institution is open; If SFU closes, eHLbc staff will continue to monitor licensing from home.

Please note that:

  • The majority of eHLbc subscriptions [1] include unlimited access for end users
  • Check vendor websites [2] to view specific business continuity plans
  • eHLbc has added its support to the International Coalition of Library Consortia’s Statement on the Global COVID-19 Pandemic and Its Impact on Library Services and Resources [3]
  • Licensing renewals will carry on as scheduled; information will continue to be sent to the Collections listserv

eHLbc staff are available as usual through phone and email [4].

We understand this is a challenging time for everyone. Please take care of one another.
