Licence Terms and Conditions

eHLbc negotiates the best terms of use for the products we license on behalf of member organizations. Whenever possible, the consortium uses its model license in negotiations as a way to ensure optimal usage rights. The model license is translated into master agreements with specific vendors.

Negotiated master agreements as well as summaries of key permitted uses are provided below.

eHLbc is happy to assist member organizations with their questions; however, the consortium does not interpret license agreements. It is the responsibility of individual organizations to review the license and determine whether a specific use is permitted or not. Organizations are also encouraged to consult their own legal experts with their questions.
