The e-HLbc Management Committee and the BC Academic Health Council selected the BC Electronic Library Network (BC ELN) to serve as the Administrative Centre for e-HLbc. Receiving an annual administrative fee, BC ELN provides services to e-HLbc including project management, license negotiations, and technical support.

Now, with e-HLbc, health authority based researchers have much better access to resources to inform their projects, proposals, and grants. Previously, you almost had to be a a student of or staff at a university to have this type of access.
