Venue: The Hilton Vancouver Metrotown

The 2011 in-person e-HLbc Strategic Planning Session will be held at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown in Burnaby, on February 23-24. Further details about the agenda will be distributed prior to the meeting; however, the session will begin at approximately 1pm on the 23rd and will end at around 5pm on the 24th.

Accommodation

To insure 100% participation, transportation and accommodation costs for attendees from outside of the lower mainland will be covered by the consortium.

Participants outside of the lower mainland are encouraged to reserve their accommodations as soon as possible and by January 14th at the latest.
